I brought my truck in to be evaluated with a coolant leak and they replaced the radiator. The next morning I still had coolant leaking and my air conditioner was not working ( it was working fine when I dropped the car off). Also the fan stoped working.

I had one of the best service experiences ever today. A RED SERVICE BRAKES Warning Light came on last night. I took the car in today, a holiday, in the middle of the afternoon. The service department was extremely busy. Reggie Shelton, Assistant Service Manager was knowledgeable, gracious, and extremely personal. He quickly identified the the brake issue and took my car back, even though there were no more service appointments. The inspection revealed that the pad monitor was not working and the brakes didn't need any work. Reggie helped me set up a schedule for Penske to inspect my brakes. He didn't charge me for the service, and even washed my car. Penske will have my business now, and I look forward to working with Reggie and the excellent service team at Penske Buick GMC. South Bay. Thank you so very much!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable

I'm very grateful for my service advisor (Efrain Guerrero) who persisted and got me a loaner during what turned about to be a 2 week period for my car issue to be diagnosed and repaired. Everyone was friendly. Dealership is clean and welcoming. Geier and Manager Brain were very knowledgeable about purchase i made(2026 Terrain) and the financing. I really liked that they weren't pushy and they were not just trying to make a sell. Excellent customer service.
